Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate your return, please email us at support@ramen-aid.com and include your order number. Please note that we can only accept returns and provide refunds for orders purchased through ramen-aid.com.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
